a been‑there, done‑that, rising‑from‑the‑ashes kind of woman who refuses to accept the outdated story our culture tells about wellness, aging, and menopause.
For far too long, we’ve been told that after a “certain age,” decline is inevitable. We know the phrase “Aging ain’t pretty.”  I wholeheartedly disagree.
