Aroma Freedom Technique, or AFT, is a modality that combines the use of Young Living Essential Oils with a specific step-by-step process to help individuals release negative emotions and limiting beliefs. Aroma Freedom Technique (AFT) can be a powerful tool for helping individuals connect with their true desires and release any limiting beliefs that may be holding them back from taking action on those desires. Developed by Dr. Benjamin Perkus, a Clinical Psychologist, AFT is designed to be a simple and effective tool for emotional healing and personal growth.
AFT can be used to address a wide range of emotional issues, including limiting beliefs, fears, negative self-talk, bad habits, fixed mindsets, hurtful words or actions, relational challenges, anxiety, and depression.
